Ingredients 1/4 Cup Oats 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour 1 Small Banana 1 Tbsp @180nutrition Coconut Vegan Protein 1 Tbsp @ancientandwildaus Collagen 1/4 Cup Almond Milk or Water Blueberries . Directions 1. Blend all ingredients but the blueberries in a high speed blender. 2. Heat pan with a little coconut oil. 3. Cook blueberries and pancakes in the fry pan. 4. Serve with some butter (I used vegan cultured). I added a few dried prunes too.
