International Shipping - Outside Australia

We offer Worldwide shipping from our location in Melbourne, Australia, with Australia Post International. When we say Worldwide - we mean it! We've shipped parcels to New Zealand, England, America, Canada, France, Italy, China, Dubai, Indonesia, Japan and Malaysia to name a few. We make sure all your parcels are packed with the utmost care to make sure they get to you safely.

Shipping can be calculated at check-out based on the country you select.

We provide tracking numbers for all International parcels, which will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Can I track my order?

Yes, Australia Post provides a tracking number which will be emailed to you when your items are shipped. Parcels can be tracked at the Australia Post website. www.auspost.com.au

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Shipping times will vary depending on your location. *There are Australia Post delays due to COVID, deliveries within Australia are taking between 3 and 14 business days.

• Most other Australian locations vary between 3-10 business days. We do offer an Express next day delivery option throughout most of Australia if orders are placed before 12pm. Please contact us if the order is urgent.
• International Air Shipping takes 7-10 business days.
• International Express Shipping takes 3-10 business days.

What if my order hasn't arrived within the estimated shipping time?

What if my parcel is lost or stolen?

Please contact Australia Post if your order hasn't arrived on time. We are not liable for any lost or stolen items once your order is with Australia Post.

When I enter my location, it says please contact us?

Some locations require us to manually calculate shipping, so if you receive this notification, please send us an email at hello@edibleearth.com.au and we will happily help.

Shipping Rates?

All postage rates are calculated with Australia Post based on the weight/size of the parcel and their destination.

We ship from Victoria, Australia which provides domestic customers with the option to also ship via Australia standard post, express AND Platinum. You can get a shipping cost estimate at check-out.

Standard shipping of $9.95 applies to parcels up to 500g, $12.95 applies to parcels between 500g-1kg and $14.95 applies to parcels between 1kg-3kg. 

Free Australia Express Post applies to orders over $100.

Free Australia Standard Post applies to all automated subscription orders.
