Ingredients:
1 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup gluten free oats
1/3 cup @ancientandwildaus collagen
1/3 cup LSA meal
1 1/2 cup almond milk
1/3 coconut oil
1 banana
1 cup frozen berries
Pinch of cinnamon
1 tbsp aluminum free baking powder
Instructions:
In a bowl mix the buckwheat flour, oats, collagen, baking powder and cinnamon. Reserve. Add the almond milk, coconut oil and banana into a blender and process. Combine the wet ingredients in the bowl and mix well, add the frozen berries to the mixture. Scoop the mixture to muffin pans. In a preheated 180C oven bake for 25-30 minutes until browned on top. *Add a little bit of coconut sugar if you would like something sweeter.
